Job Description:

WE’RE HIRING! Want to get your hands and feet dirty making wine? We are looking for some crushers for the upcoming crush season - one or two FULL TIME harvest interns. We are a small dedicated team making low intervention wines from rare and unique varieties- Trousseau Gris, Aligoté, Gamay, Trousseau Noir and Cabernet Pfeffer just to name a few.

Experience is strongly preferred. Do you have what it takes to make wine? Strong work ethic is mandatory and must work well with others and as a team.

Harvest is an exhilarating time of year and it is super fun, but make no mistake, this is WORK. It can be long days and very laborious so you need to be mentally and physically up to the challenge. It’s super rewarding work and we love what we do. We like to have fun but we also take it very seriously and expect the same from our team.

Everyone does everything, there is no hierarchy here. We all stomp on grapes, do pumpovers, punchdowns, dig out tanks, barrel downs and clean clean clean. And then clean some more.

Harvest is generally mid-August to end of October, but is obviously dictated by the great Mother Nature.

The winery is located on 8th Street East in Sonoma, about 8 minutes from downtown Sonoma and less than 20 minutes from downtown Napa.
