Nestled in the Eola-Amity Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Zenith Vineyard is a family owned 93 acre vineyard, winery, tasting room and events destination specializing in the production of cool climate viticulture and the curation of wonderful memories.

We are seeking a dynamic, hard working, detail oriented individual who is interested in learning and contributing to all facets of the wine industry. This position is a full time opportunity providing a unique perspective of the wine business from vine to consumption. This one of a kind experience delivers an education on all aspects of harvest and cellar work to wine sales and hospitality.

Vineyard Engagement
From the moment you turn onto the property, you will notice Zenith Vineyard’s special presence in the Eola-Amity Hills. Between walking the rows sampling blocks before harvest, to leading vineyard tours throughout the summer, you will be asked to gain a thorough knowledge of all phases of vine maturation including details of varietals, blocks, and clones around this beautiful site. Spanish speakers are a plus.

Winemaking Duties
Under the leadership of the Head Winemaker, you will help to facilitate the production of world class wines for both Zenith Vineyard and a number of other custom crush clients sourcing fruit from across Oregon and Washington. Grape processing, fermentation management, barrel maintenance, winery sanitation, filtration and bottling tasks; These will be the bulk of prioritization with this position. Mechanical, electrical, chemical or critical thinking skills will receive additional consideration.

Tasting Room / Hospitality Responsibilities
Everything Zenith does is done with intention to produce an elevated experience for our Cellar Club, tasting room and events clients. Alongside our Hospitality Team, you will contribute to this experience by pouring our unique selection of wines in our tasting room and telling the Zenith story. You will devote additional time to supporting our Events Staff inside and outside the winery. Hospitality mindset is a must.

Compensation:
Base annual salary of $40,000-$45,000 DOE plus health benefits, commissions and a positive bonus structure in place to reward success.
