About Us:

4 Winds Winery is a family-owned and operated vineyard in Napa Valley that specializes in growing and producing high-end cabernet sauvignon wines.

What You Will Do:

* Mowing and weed eating in and around the vineyard
* Cutting, chipping trees and brush
* Installing new fencing and electric netting
* Fixing and repairing fences
* Fixing and repairing irrigation pipe
* Feed and manage livestock, which includes cattle, goats, chickens, turkeys, and livestock guarding dogs
* Maintenance, repair, and development of all structures and improvements on the property. Basic gardening and working with our gardener
* Work on special projects as needed
* Place and pick up garbage cans on Friday and Monday

What You Need:

* Required to be 18 years of age or older.
* Required to lift, roll, and carry up to 75 pounds.
* Required to hike up steep hillsides
* Required to do manual labor
* Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
* May be required to work to work weekends or nights.
* May be required to work up to 12 hours per day and up to 7 days per week as schedule requires.
* Bilingual is a plus but not required

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $25.00 - $25.00/ hour
