An Associate Brand Manager job in Woodinville, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). This position includes development and support of annual marketing plans and cross-functional project management with winemaking, production, purchasing, clubs, retail, communications, creative services and guest services.

Associate Brand Manager job responsibilities include:

•  Ability to understand what drives consumer behavior through data analysis and ability to apply that knowledge to create marketing strategies and deliver solutions that lead to the achievement of business goals.
•  Support the development, management and execution of annual marketing plans and long- term brand plans for assigned brands, leveraging consumer and market insights.
•  Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects/initiatives/campaigns/promotions/budgets.
•  Collaborate and drive creativity and inclusion with internal teams including trade marketing, digital engagement, communications, consumer insights, creative services, compliance, finance, accounting, demand planning, winemaking, procurement, retail/guest services, and sales.
•  Coordinate with various types of external agency partners, including advertising, package design, and event/experiential agencies.

Position Requirements:

•  Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
•  3+ years Business to Consumer marketing experience, beverage-alcohol or consumer packaged goods experience strongly preferred.
•  Familiarity with 3rd-party syndicated data, such as AC Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, MRI, Simmons, etc.
•  Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•  Ability to travel up to 20% to meet domestic business needs.
•  History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Your Compensation:

$80,554.00 to $104,656.00 per year based upon relevant experience.
