Martinelli Winery, located in the Russian River Valley, is seeking an outgoing, diligent, and wine savvy candidate to join our team. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•  Deliver an unforgettable hospitality experience with emphasis on the Martinelli family history, vineyards and Estate wines.
•  Perform daily Tasting Room functions: pouring/selling wine in both indoor and outdoor venues, opening/closing duties, unloading wine deliveries, packing orders, washing dishes, etc.
•  Enthusiastically sell and add guests to our member/allocation list
•  Set up and break down private tasting experiences.
•  Greet guests and lead seasonal vineyard tours.
•  Restocking and organizing merchandise and collateral.
•  Prioritize keeping our hospitality spaces sanitized and safe.
•  Assist in maintaining cleanliness of facilities.
•  Assist with set up, and cleaning, of on and off-site winery events.

QUALIFICATIONS
•  1-2 years previous Tasting Room experience preferred.
•  Friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
•  Strong understanding of wine sales techniques and general wine knowledge preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
•  Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
•  Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
•  Must be able to work in an outdoor environment for extended periods of time.
•  Flexible schedule - Weekend and holiday work is required.
•  21 years of age or older.

COMPENSATION
•  Hourly wage of $18 - $20/hour (based on experience).
•  Wine sales & wine club commission + tips.
